Alana, Front Office Billing/ Scheduling & Property Management

Alana has over 10 years of experience in customer service. After starting her career in the automotive service industry, she decided to change scenery and joined the team at Cottonwood Creek Dental in April 2025. Her expertise is in customer relationships and operations to ensure a top-notch experience for every patient. Basically, her goal is to make life easier for everyone in our office, including you and our team members.

Alana and her boyfriend, Rex, share their home with a loveable lab-shepherd mix, and their hobbies tend to change with the seasons. In the fall, you can usually find them out hunting or ice fishing. When summer rolls around, she’s often at the Gallatin Speedway, cheering Rex on as he races in a Modified Class #87x, or out on the lake enjoying some fishing.

Ashley, Dental Assistant

Ashley has been with us for her entire dental career. She says that her coworkers (“our little girl gang”) have become like family, letting her be herself while constantly learning and improving. What she loves most is seeing patients find relief from pain, regain confidence in their smiles, and feel empowered to advocate for and take control of their own dental health.

Ashley and her husband have been together for over 15 years, and they have a vivacious little girl and lively little boy who keep them very busy. When she isn’t at the office, she likes to go hunting, fishing, and camping with the family in tow.

Breana, Dental Assistant

Breana has a strong desire to help others feel seen, safe, and understood. Whether it’s patients in the dental chair or someone just having a hard day, she finds fulfillment in helping people feel more comfortable in their own skin. She believes that everyone’s doing their best in this whole “being human” thing, and it feels good to be a calming, kind presence when someone needs it most. Working in dentistry has let her do exactly that!

Breana and her fiancé, Hunter, have two beloved cats, and she spends as much time outdoors as she can. On any given weekend, you’ll find her camping, boating, biking, hunting, hiking, you name it!

Danica, Dental Assistant

Helping people is Danica’s passion, and her favorite part of Cottonwood Creek Dental is the family atmosphere between the team. She feels at home with the staff and comfortable telling them anything, and that’s hard to come by. As a dental assistant, she keeps the flow of patients coming in and out, flipping rooms and sterilizing after each appointment. She also listens to each patient’s concerns and complaints to make sure they feel heard in their treatment.

When the weather is warm enough, Danica says that going camping with her boyfriend, Nic, is a must. She also has a little crochet business on the side, Sunrise Crochet, where she makes hats, outfits, and everything else you could think of!

Dawn, Head of Front Office

Dawn has been a staple in our practice for over 15 years. She’s grateful for the strong patient relationships she has built, making our office feel like an extension of home. She and her husband of 25+ years have two children and three grandchildren. Their family is completed by three well-loved dogs, Scout, Maddy, and Poppy. Outside of work, she tries to spend as much time with family and friends as possible.

Fatima, Dental Hygienist

Fatima finds great joy in being a part of the supportive team at Cottonwood Creek Dental. She loves helping our patients feel comfortable and confident about their oral health, and she truly values the connections she builds with them each day. Fatima graduated with honors from the Great Falls College Dental Hygiene program and joined Cottonwood Creek Dental shortly after. Her introduction to dentistry began early through her father, a dental technician, whose work inspired her to pursue a career in dental hygiene.

Away from work, Fatima likes to go floating on the river, take Pilates classes, and hang out with her younger siblings. Fun fact: she’s fluent in both English and Spanish!

Jamie, Dental Assistant

Jamie joined the CCD team after relocating from Helena, and she quickly felt at home thanks to the positive environment, incredible teammates, and wonderful patients.

Jamie says she couldn’t be happier living under the big Montana sky with her boyfriend, their crew of dogs, and a few good horses. When she’s not at the office, she’s typically working in her leather shop building travel bags and accessories, which has turned into a full-time business, Gray Mountain Leather Co.

Kylie, Dental Hygienist

Although her first degree is in the field of psychology, Kylie decided to shift her focus and took a pediatric dental assisting position. After realizing how much she enjoyed the field of dentistry, she decided to go to dental hygiene school at Great Falls College MSU.

Kylie met her husband in college, and they now have an adorable black lab, Birdie, who they take on walks every day. It’s also common to find her relaxing with a good book.

Maitlyn, Dental Hygienist

Maitlyn enjoys being part of a team that truly values genuine patient care and creates a welcoming, supportive environment for everyone who walks through the door. She has a background in pediatric dentistry and likes helping patients of all ages feel comfortable and confident during their visits. She strives to provide thorough cleanings, personalized patient education, and collaborate with the dental team to ensure each visit is smooth, efficient, and stress-free.

Maitlyn and her husband have a very spoiled German Shepherd, Harley, and together, they like hunting, traveling, and doing anything involving the outdoors. Back inside, however, Maitlyn is her own nail technician, always trying new designs and colors.

Ramona, Dental Assistant

Ramona loves getting to know each patient, sharing laughter, and creating a welcoming atmosphere that is warm and never dull. She also values the strong sense of family she has with our team, which makes coming to work every day something she truly looks forward to. Combining a patient-focused approach with advanced technical skills in restorative dentistry, she also oversees our in-office sleep study protocol as a personal passion project.

Ramona and her husband have been together for over 15 years, and they have two beautiful teenage daughters. As an animal lover, she has turned their house into a “suburban farm” with two dogs, two cats, a bunny, and five ducks! She says if she could spend every day on a paddleboard in the river, she’d be in heaven, but camping, reading, and Pinterest deep-dives keep her equally entertained.

Skylar, Dental Assistant

Every day brings something new at CCD, and Skylar says that working alongside dentists and hygienists allows her to keep learning and growing while also knowing she’s making a real difference in people’s health and confidence. Her previous experience in fast-paced, customer-facing roles in the restaurant industry taught her the value of teamwork, clear communication, and staying calm under pressure—skills she now brings to every patient interaction.

Skylar grew up in North Carolina, graduated from high school in Hawaii, and eventually found her home in Montana. She comes from a Navy family, so they moved all over the U.S., but her family is still in Hawaii. She has two younger sisters and a sweet angel kitty, Gnocchi, who made the big move with her. In her free time, she enjoys reading a good book and baking treats to share with friends and family.

Tami, Front Office Scheduling, Billing & Insurance Representative

Tami says it feels good to be an advocate for our patients who may have insurance questions, and she also likes working alongside our awesome staff. She has prior experience in health insurance, which gives her an upper hand when it comes to dealing with providers and trying to get them to cover as much as possible for our patients.

Tami and her husband, Kevin, have been married for over 20 years, and they have two daughters, two sons, and a Boston Terrier, Khole. When she isn’t cooking or trying new recipes, she likes to go hiking, boating, and camping with the family (including Khole!).

Tegan, Dental Hygienist

Tegan says it’s hard to pick her favorite part about working at CCD. Is it the awesome teammates, the strong sense of community within the office, or (last but not least) the patients that she cares for? She has always had a passion for helping others, which can be seen through her drive to support people in their dental health and well-being.

Tegan and her husband have a small zoo waiting for them at home, consisting of dogs, cats, chickens, and horses. She loves to go riding, make sourdough, is a proud “Bozeman Saddle-ites” member, and takes part in fox hunting to preserve the tradition and support wildlife management.
